Life happens! Your subscription can be paused for up to 4 weeks per year without any penalty. For longer breaks, we can discuss options based on your situation.
Do I need any special equipment or apps?
A GPS watch or running app is recommended for tracking your runs. I work with all major platforms (Garmin, Strava, etc.). For strength training, minimal equipment is needed.
How are training plans delivered?
You'll receive your personalized plan through a dedicated training platform where you can view workouts, log results, and communicate with me. Plans are typically updated weekly based on your progress.
